Our Approach · Phase-by-phase

From first session to a working prototype — quickly. Production soon after.

We run enterprise IT the way an operations team would — short cycles, measurable outputs, and the same team from the first working session into day-2 operations. Engagements vary in length; the rhythm doesn't.

Delivery rhythm

What happens at each step.

Not every engagement runs the same length — the rhythm does. Short intervals, visible outputs at the end of each, no multi-month gaps between check-ins.

Four phases

What each phase actually ships.

01
AlignOpening window
Review rhythmDaily stand-up with the business lead.
  • One-page problem and KPI definition
  • Target architecture sketch
  • Prototype scope and acceptance criteria
  • Signed (or scoped) SOW
02
PrototypeEarly cycle
Review rhythmMid-week walkthrough + end-of-week demo.
  • Working prototype against real (or realistic) data
  • Initial integrations to source systems
  • Evaluation harness where AI is in scope
  • Security and governance review
03
BuildMain delivery
Review rhythmWeekly business-owner review. Fortnightly steer-co.
  • Production service with full observability
  • Data migrations and cutover plan
  • User enablement, runbooks and operational playbooks
  • Go-live, hypercare and stabilisation
04
OperateOngoing
Review rhythmWeekly KPI report. Quarterly QBR.
  • Service-desk and NOC coverage
  • KPI and adoption reporting
  • Quarterly business reviews
  • Continuous-improvement backlog and release cadence

Principles

The six things we won't negotiate.

  • 01Problem-first — never tool-first
  • 02Prototype is the first deliverable
  • 03Same team end to end
  • 04Small sequenced increments
  • 05Compliance and security as baseline
  • 06Evidence over opinion

Want the approach applied to a real problem? Let's scope the prototype.

Most engagements begin with a two-hour working session — and a clear prototype scope on the spot.
